Returns or Exchanges
How can I exchange or get a refund for a product?
Refunds or exchanges within 30 days from date of purchase:
Contact our Return Department: customerservice@on-sitelaser.com to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (this must accompany the return).
Box item securely in original packaging if possible. Provide copy of original purchase.
Write RMA number on the return label AND on outside of SHIPPING box.
Ship to On-Site Laser, LLC 13696 Via Cima Bella San Diego, CA 92129.
Refunds will be issued less a 20% restocking fee. Restrictions may apply.
When will my exchange or refund request be processed?
We will process your return within 3 days of receiving your returned item. Exchanged items will be charged shipping & handling fees.
If chose a refund rather than an exchange. How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, for the amount you were charged minus a 20% restocking fee.
The shipper has returned my order/package to On-Site Laser. What happens now?
Once we receive the package, we’ll credit your credit card back in full, less a 20% restocking fee.
